Jewellery by Rai is an online and in person jeweller and jewellery retailer based in Sydney. The website is owned and operated by Jewellery by Rai.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

1. Products and Pricing

1.1 All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

1.2 We make every effort to display accurate prices and descriptions. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

1.3 Prices are listed in AUD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

2. Orders

2.1 Orders are confirmed via email once payment is processed.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, unauthorised use, or product unavailability.

3. Payment

3.1 We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. All payments are processed through a third party secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1.1 We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Please visit Shipping/Delivery for more information.
4.2 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4.3 We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We accept change of mind returns for unworn items only, which is granted only after we have inspected the piece. We can offer a credit/exchange for your purchase. Please contact us via email info@jewellerybyrai.com.au if you wish to return an item.
5.2 Refunds may be accepted in certain circumstances.
5.3 Custom made or personalised jewellery orders that are placed are also non-refundable. We cannot exchange or return custom orders.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Warranty and Repairs

6.1 We pride ourselves on making durable jewellery and guarantee that your Rai piece has been made with high quality materials and craftsmanship. If there is a suspected manufacturing defect present in a piece, we will repair this at no charge after thorough inspection. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. 6.2 We can repair jewellery that belongs to Rai Jewellery which can be quoted for you. If you wish to repair a piece that is not made by Rai Jewellery, and wish to be quoted, please also contact us via email info@jewellerybyrai.com.au
6.3 If a third party has repaired one of our pieces before it comes back to us, it will be treated as a regular repair.
6.4 Loss of Stones or damage due to wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage will be treated as a regular repair order with the cost to replace and labour involved.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Rai Jewellery and may not be used without permission
