RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We aim to create pieces that you love and enjoy wearing, but if you are looking to return a piece that you have purchased please see our information for returns/exchanges below.
Purchases from the Online Store
If for any reason you have a change of mind, or it is just not how you expected, that is okay, we can organise a store credit or exchange. Refunds may be accepted in certain circumstances. Please contact us via email info@jewellerybyrai.com.au to organise with us.
A credit note or exchange is only granted after Rai Jewellery has received and inspected the piece – It must be unworn.
Refunds/Exchanges are not offered where a gift certificate has been used to purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility to organise unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Custom Order Purchases
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom made pieces. This is due to the custom design process and the amount of time spent to locate stones, design, make and complete your piece. Please see our Custom Service Agreement to understand the terms for making your own custom piece. If you would like to make a custom piece, please view our Custom Design page to enquire with us.
Adjustments to a Custom Order Gift
Some custom made pieces are surprises, like an engagement ring. The Ring Size Chart is a great starting guide and we can get the size as close as we can through a little bit of detective work, but sometimes it may need adjusting. That is okay, we can organise to resize the ring.
