SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We take great care in ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and promptly. Here's everything you
need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

All ready to ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces will
require additional time, this is dependent on the piece. Some rings that are available on the online
store and specified as made to order(usually 2 weeks to make) unless your size is the ring displayed.
Please check the product description.

Most pieces that are bought directly from the online store are ready to ship unless specified in the product description.

Custom Order pieces may take longer to make as the process requires more time to source, design and make. Please enquire via our Custom Page if you would like to start your own custom piece.

We ask that all customers are aware that custom made/made to order require this production time.

Domestic Shipping within Australia for pieces that are ready to ship

Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-3 business days – $15 postage fee

All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your parcel
is on its way.

Is International Shipping Available?

Yes, international shipping is also available for custom orders via FedEx, DHL or Aus International Post. Quotes are calculated at this time.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packaged in a protective jewellery box, ready for gifting or safe keeping. We use discreet outer packaging for added security during transit.
